Find the right fit across batting gloves, cleats, bats, and apparel.

BATTING GLOVES

Phenom Elite batting gloves run true to standard industry sizing — what you wear in other brands, you'll wear in ours.

How to measure: Measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger. All measurements are in inches.

Youth sizes are designated YS, YM, YL. If there is no “Y” prefix, the size is an adult size.

Adult S 6.75 – 7.25 in Youth S < 6.25 in
Adult M 7.25 – 7.50 in Youth M 6.25 – 6.50 in
Adult L 7.50 – 7.75 in Youth L 6.50 – 6.75 in
Adult XL 7.75 – 8.25 in
Adult XXL > 8.25 in

CLEATS

Phenom Elite cleats run true to standard US athletic shoe sizing.

  • Youth sizes: 1, 2, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5
  • Adult sizes: 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 13, 14

If you typically wear a half-size between two whole sizes, we recommend ordering up. Use the official Phenom Elite cleat size chart below to convert your measurement.

BATS

Bat sizing depends on league certification, your height, and your weight. Use these general guidelines to find your starting size:

By league

  • USA Tee Ball — ages 4–6 — typically 24–26 inches, drop −13 to −11
  • USA Baseball — Little League ages 7–12 — typically 27–32 inches, drop −13 to −5
  • USSSA Baseball — travel ball ages 8–14 — typically 28–32 inches, drop −12 to −5
  • BBCOR — high school and college — 31–34 inches, drop −3 only
  • Wood (Pro-Style) — training and adult leagues — 31–34 inches
  • Slowpitch — adult recreational — 34 inches, 25–28 oz

Drop weight = bat length (inches) minus bat weight (ounces). A 30" / 20 oz bat is a drop −10.

APPAREL

Phenom Elite Baseball apparel runs true to standard US apparel sizing. Specific fit notes (relaxed, fitted, true-to-size) are listed on individual product pages when applicable.

  • Adult sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL
  • Youth sizes: YS, YM, YL, YXL

Hoodies and fleece tend to run slightly relaxed. Performance and compression layers run fitted — size up if you prefer a looser fit.
